§ 32.001 DEPARTMENTS.

   There are hereby created the following departments:

   (A)   City Manager Department;

   (B)   Office of the City Clerk;

   (C)   Community Services Department;

   (D)   Development Services Department;

   (E)   Finance Department;

   (F)   Fire Department;

   (G)   Human Resources Department;

   (H)   Police Department; and

   (I)   Public Works Department.
