The zoning schedule contained in § 155.025 of this title shall prescribe basic site, yard, bulk, useable open space, and screening and landscaping regulations that shall apply in the districts as indicated in the schedule. These basic requirements are defined and supplemented by additional requirements and exceptions prescribed in subsequent sections of this chapter.
