(A) Buildings that are listed as being unreinforced masonry buildings and have not been retrofitted, shall have permanent signs posted at all entrances to the building stating:
“This is an unreinforced masonry building, unreinforced masonry buildings may be unsafe in the event of a major earthquake.”
(B) Retrofitting of unreinforced masonry buildings shall be accomplished in the time frames and in the manner set forth in this chapter.
