§ 150.078 VIOLATION, PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any provision of this subchapter, or any lawful order thereunder, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Such misdemeanors are punishable as provided by the general law of this state. The city may seek injunctive relief on behalf of the public to enjoin a building owner in violation of this subchapter.
