§ 122.13 OPERATING PROCEDURES.
   The Foreign-Trade Advisory Board may adopt such operating procedures it deems necessary to perform its function. Such operating procedures shall be approved by a majority vote of the board at a regularly scheduled meeting of the board. The operating procedures may be amended from time to time by the majority vote of the board after proper public notice.
