§ 120.19 SIGNS OR ADVERTISEMENTS ON TAXICABS.
   In addition to the identification required by § 120.18, taxicabs may bear the following signs or advertisements:
   (A)   A metal sign bearing the words "FOR HIRE" and being no longer than six inches by nine inches;
   (B)   A sign attached to the top of the cab bearing the word "VACANT," "FOR HIRE," and/or "the taxicab company's name" and being no larger than two and one-half inches by nine inches;
   (C)   Advertisements not exceeding 12 square feet in total area subject to the rules and regulations of the City Manager or his or her designee.
