§ 120.05 CERTIFICATE NOT TRANSFERABLE; CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP.
   No certificate shall be assignable or transferable. If ownership in excess of 33% of the business, whether corporate stock, partnership interest, or otherwise, changes, a new certificate must be obtained.
