Any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be temporarily suspended by the Health Officer upon the violation of any of the laws of the county or state, and, in the event of serious or repeated violations, such permit may be revoked by the Health Officer after a notice and hearing. Notice of the hearing for the revocation of a permit shall be given in writing by the Health Officer stating the grounds of the complaint and the time and place of the hearing. Such notice shall be mailed to the permittee by registered mail at least five days prior to the date set for the hearing.
