§ 114.20 EXEMPTIONS.
   The City Manager may temporarily exempt any franchisee from its obligations under §§ 114.16 through 114.19 if the Manager determines that the requirement would be unduly burdensome or unnecessary, and that the city and subscriber interests may be adequately protected in some other manner.
