§ 113.36 CLUBS EXCLUDED.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to a nonprofit society, club, fraternal, labor, or other organization having adopted by-laws and duly elected directors and members when it appears that the tables are for the exclusive use of members of the society, club, fraternal, labor, or other organization and no charge is made for any of the facilities.
