§ 95.31 TAKE-OFFS AND LANDINGS.
   (A)   No aeronautical activity shall be conducted at the airport (or within the airport traffic area) except in conformance with current Federal Air Regulations, state law and regulations, and this chapter.
   (B)   All initial takeoffs shall commence at the end of the runway (unless cleared by the Airport Manager, or by ATC if authorized by the Airport Manager).
   (C)   Touch-and-go landings shall be permitted only after the pilot has received approval from the Airport Manager or from FAA ATC if delegated by the Airport Manager to approve touch-and-go landings.
   (D)   The following aircraft are restricted from operating at the airport except in emergency situations (examples only):
      (1)   Single-engine aircraft having 500 or more horsepower.
      (2)   Jet-powered aircraft, because of minimum runway length, noise, environmental constraints, and the like.
      (3)   Jet-powered aircraft must have prior approval of the Airport Manager to land at the airport.
      (4)   No hot air balloons or hang gliders may operate at the Airport.
   (E)   Aircraft operations shall be permitted at the airport during daylight hours except in bona fide emergency conditions.
