Any person desiring to store or base his aircraft at the airport shall register his aircraft at the airport office prior to beginning such storage or operations, and at any time that a change in ownership occurs. The use of the airport or any of its facilities in any manner shall create an obligation on the part of the user to obey all of the rules and regulations herein provided. The airport office is located in city hall, 531 “K” Street, Eureka, California.
