The parcel of land conveyed to the city by Fred H. Lundblade and Patricia N. Lundblade, his wife, and C. Robert Barnum and Patricia B. Barnum, his wife, for use as a municipal golf course shall be known as the “Lundblade-Barnum Eureka Municipal Golf Course.” It shall be developed, used, and maintained for the benefit of the public generally subject, however, to the restrictions and limitations contained in this chapter and such further rules and regulations as the Council may by resolution adopt.
