§ 93.05 BALL PLAYING IN STREETS RESTRICTED.

Every person who shall play ball, or engage in throwing, pitching, or catching a ball, on any street or alley in the city after being requested by any police officer to forbear or discontinue the same shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
