§ 92.082 PROHIBITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Prohibitions. No person shall store, sell, use, discharge, ignite, or set off any fireworks on Woodley Island or within Woodley Island Marina, or in the Old Town area of the city. For purposes of this chapter, the OLD TOWN AREA is defined as the area north of Fourth Street to the Bay, west of M Street and east of Commercial Street, inclusive.
   (B)   Exceptions.
      (1)   Permission may be obtained by special permit issued by the Fire Chief, or designee, for public fireworks display or for certain religious purposes.
      (2)   This section does not prohibit the storage of small quantities of legal, safe and sane fireworks in an occupancy within the prohibited areas for personal use outside of the prohibited areas.
