§ 91.104 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   Each violation of this chapter constitutes a separate offense under § 10.99 of the Eureka Municipal Code. A violation is punishable as a misdemeanor or infraction, chargeable at the City Attorney's discretion.
