§ 73.05 BICYCLE DEALERS EXCEPTED.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any bona fide wholesale or retail dealer in bicycles; provided, however, such wholesale or retail dealer may, if he desires, apply for such license and receive such registration certificate and identification plate.
