§ 72.072 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY. Any lot, space, or area within the city now or hereafter used for off-street vehicular parking by members of the public and owned or operated for such use by the city.
