§ 50.109 PENALTY FOR NONPAYMENT.
   (A)   Penalties for nonpayment shall be the same as those imposed for delinquent water bills as described in Chapter 53 of this code.
   (B)   The city may seek to recover delinquent charges through any and all legal means including the use of private collection services, placement of liens or assessments against the property, or use of the State of California Franchise Tax Board.
