§ 40.03 STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERS OF CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY.
   In all cases excepting those in which the City Council makes the findings set forth in § 40.02 above, transfers of city-owned real property shall be conducted in conformance with the procedures set forth in the Policy and Procedure Memorandum governing disposal of surplus property as that Memorandum may be amended.
