(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the penalty of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 35.050 through 35.060 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
