§ 35.098 ADMINISTRATION BY COUNTY RECORDER.
   The County Recorder shall administer the provisions of this subchapter in conformity with the provisions of Cal. Rev. & Tax. Code Part 6.7 of Division 2 and the provisions of any county ordinance adopted pursuant thereto.
