§ 34.44 PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Personnel rules and regulations establishing specific procedures and regulations governing the personnel system of the city and adopted by the Council pursuant to the provisions of this chapter will be deemed supplemental to the provisions of this chapter.
