The Art and Culture Commission is hereby created and consists of either five or seven members, at the discretion of the Mayor, with the approval of the City Council. Regular meetings of the Commission will be scheduled quarterly at a time and place agreed upon by the Commission which will facilitate the attendance and input of the public.
