§ 31.02 CITY MANAGER DUTIES AS TO LOANS.

Upon the written recommendation of the Eureka Housing Advisory Board, the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Housing Rehabilitation Loans not exceeding $15,000 and First-Time Homebuyer Loans not exceeding $120,000.
