(A) Any person, corporation, firm or organization desiring additional personnel, equipment or materials of the Police Department, for law enforcement purposes within the city, may request the Chief of the Police Department provide such personnel for such services in the number the Chief determines to be necessary to perform the services. These additional police services are over and above and are in addition to the basic police services funded by general fund resources of the city.
(B) Payment for services. The person, corporation, firm or organization desiring such services will pay to the Police Department such sums of money as may be necessary to pay for the additional services. The payment will be calculated using the annual fee schedule adopted by the City of Eureka.
