§ 32.070 HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.
   There is established the Human Resources Department. This Department consists of the Human Resources Director and such other employees as may be provided for by the Council. Whenever this Code or ordinances or resolutions of the Council use the term "Human Resources Director or Personnel Director," this term will mean and refer to the Human Resources Director.
