§ 32.040 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT.

There is established in the administrative organization of the city the Development Services Department, which includes planning and building functions, will be headed by the Development Services Director, and will consist of such other personnel as may be authorized by the City Manager and approved by the City Council.
