Council shall hold its regular meetings on or after December 1, 1993, at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each calendar month, except in July and August, when Council shall meet only once on the third Monday. In the event a regular meeting is scheduled on a legal holiday, as defined either by the Ohio Revised Code or by any other ordinance enacted by Council, the regular meeting of Council shall be held on the next succeeding day at 7:00 p.m.
