If a tenant avails self of the provisions of Section 1765.03 and/or 1765.04 and is provided the right to pay-to-stay, the tenant may not take advantage of the provisions of this Chapter in future eviction proceedings with regard to the same property and owner. The tenant has one opportunity to avail itself of the right to pay-to-stay.
