Summary minutes shall be taken for all regular and special meetings of Council, and shall be filed with the Clerk of Council after approval. There will be summary documentation for all committees and other decision-making bodies of the City that will constitute minutes and shall be filed with the Clerk of Council after approval. The minutes or summary documentation shall reflect the business, if any, conducted, except with respect to executive sessions where the summary documentation shall reflect only the general subject discussed.
