(a) Whoever violates Section 351.01, 351.03(a) through (p), (r) through (u), 351.04(a) through (d), 351.05 through 351.07, 351.09 through 351.13, or 351.19 shall be charged twenty- five dollars ($25.00) if such fee is paid in thirty days. The fee will increase to fifty dollars ($50.00) if not paid in thirty days.
(c) Whoever violates Section 351.04(f) shall be charged two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Anyone admitting to violating Section 351.04(f) and showing that the offender or the person for whose benefit the vehicle was being operated had been issued a removable windshield placard that then was valid, parking card, or special license plates that then were valid but the offender or the person failed to display the placard or special license plates as described in Section 351.04(f)(1)(A) or (B) shall be charged one hundred dollars ($100.00) if such fee is paid in thirty days. The fee will increase to two hundred dollars ($200.00) if not paid in thirty days.
(e) Whoever violates any other provision of Chapter 351 for which no other fee is specified, shall be charged fifteen dollars ($15.00) if such fee is paid in thirty days. The fee will increase to thirty dollars ($30.00) if not paid in thirty days.
