792.053 COLLECTION AT SOURCE; CASINO AND VLT.

At the effective date of this chapter, there are no casinos or racetracks (commonly known as "racinos", if they contain VLT machines), located within the corporate limits of the City. Accordingly, there exists no need for withholding requirements from those operations. Should either a casino or a racino become located within the City, withholding provisions that are in compliance with Ohio R.C. 781.031 will be adopted.
