No weapons, as defined in R.C. § 2923.11 are permitted to be brought into Council Chambers by the public. Cell phones and other electronic equipment must be placed in silent mode while in Council Chambers to prevent distractions. No food is to be brought into Council Chambers by individuals or groups during a Council meeting to avoid any distraction or disruption of the business of the City Council meeting.
