Upon the issuance of any license pursuant to this chapter, all persons authorized by law to inspect the operations and premises of the exhibition, convention, trade show, fair or similar type of exhibition or event shall do so to ensure the public peace, health and safety. In doing so, such persons shall have the authority to direct the owners of such facilities to comply with the inspection of such premises.
