Whenever the male gender is used in this Charter, it shall include the female gender.

TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUCLID:
The undersigned, being a majority of the members of the Charter Commission of the City of Euclid, elected thereto at an election held in said City on the 22nd day of August, 1950, submitting herewith a draft of a Charter for said City of Euclid and designating the 19th day of June, 1951, as a time for an election on the adoption of said Charter.
