1741.14 COMPLIANCE WITH PLANS; APPROVAL OF RECIRCULATING OR FILTERING DEVICES.

   All club or public swimming pools shall be constructed according to plans submitted to the Director of Health of the State of Ohio or the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, as provided by law, and all recirculating or filtering devices shall be approved by the proper authority.

1741.15 ENFORCEMENT.

   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning or having the possession, charge or management of any swimming pool, public swimming beach, plunge or pool for cleansing purposes to suffer or permit the same to be constructed, used or maintained unless all of the provisions of this chapter and all other laws and ordinances relative to swimming pools, public beaches, plunges or pools for cleansing purposes are complied with.

1741.16 DRAINAGE OF SWIMMING POOLS.

   Whenever it is necessary to drain a swimming pool, as defined in this chapter, such swimming pool water shall be drained into a storm sewer.

1741.17 VIOLATIONS

   The owner of the premises where anything in violation of this chapter shall be placed or shall exist or be maintained, and all persons and corporations who shall violate or maintain any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall fail to comply therewith, or with any requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
