1703.47 USED MATERIALS.

Used materials shall be re-used only when approved for re-use by the Commissioner of Buildings. The Commissioner of Buildings may require tests to determine the strength and suitability of such materials, and may prescribe the maximum allowable stress and other conditions under which such materials may be re-used.
