Separate application shall be made to the Commissioner of Buildings and separate permits obtained for electrical work, plumbing, elevators, moving stairways, power-operated dumbwaiters, heating devices and installations, mechanical refrigeration systems and such other equipment and appurtenances for which separate permits are required by this Code.
