The Recreation Commission shall consist of five members who shall be appointed by the Mayor. One of the members shall be a member of the Board of Education of the Euclid City School District, one of the members shall be a member of Council and the remaining members shall be electors of the City not holding other public office. The members of the Recreation Commission shall be appointed to serve for terms of five years or until their successors are appointed.
Vacancies in the Recreation Commission occurring otherwise than by expiration of term, shall be filled for the unexpired term, and shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments.
