1385.05 FRONT YARDS IN APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICTS.
   Notwithstanding the requirements set forth in other sections of this chapter, front yards shall be established hereinafter in all U3 and U3E Districts as shown on the Zone Map or as described in future amendments.
