1358.03 PERMITTED BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND USES.
   In an ASF District buildings and land shall be used by right only for the main uses set forth below:
   (a)   Detached single-family dwellings as permitted in U1 Districts and as regulated in Chapter 1351; and
   (b)   Attached single-family condominium dwellings.
