No person shall smoke in the following designated areas within the City and no person who owns or has control of the following designated areas shall permit smoking therein:
(a) Enclosed theaters, including lobbies;
(b) Auditoriums, classrooms, libraries, schools, museums, opera houses;
(c) All vehicles used for public transportation;
(d) Elevators;
(e) Areas within gasoline service stations as defined by Ohio R.C. 3741.141;
(f) Office waiting rooms;
(g) Supermarkets, grocery stores, including convenience style stores;
(h) Retail stores, financial and financial service institutions;
(i) All other places prohibited by the Ohio Revised Code; and
(j) Arcades, video and other game rooms.
