Before any work is done, the fumigator or operator in charge shall inspect the premises and serve notice on all occupants of each room or apartment within the danger area, stating the danger and precautions to be observed, designating the rooms and apartments to be vacated and the time that the gases, fumes or vapors are to be generated or liberated. The danger area shall be deemed to be any rooms, apartments or other enclosures into which any of the gases, fumes or vapors may penetrate.
The Board of Health is hereby authorized to order the temporary eviction of any person or family who may, in the course of any fumigation work, impede the completion of such work by refusing to leave the premises for the time required for the fumigating process.
