1113.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH.

The Board of Health is hereby authorized and empowered to make and adopt written rules and regulations necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as the actual provisions of this chapter.
