143.02 BENEFITS WHEN ON DUTY OUTSIDE CITY.
   Members of the Fire Department, when performing any services outside the City, shall participate in any indemnity fund established by the City to the same extent as while acting within the City. Such members of the Fire Department shall likewise to entitled to all of the rights and benefits of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4123, to the same extent as while performing service within the City. The amount of any pension or indemnity, the period of payment and the person or persons to whom it shall be payable shall be the same as if such member were injured or killed while performing services within the City.
