143.015 AUTHORITY TO ISSUE CITATION.

A sworn officer of the Fire Department of the City of Euclid is authorized to issue citations for violations of Section 351.16, which prohibits the parking of motor vehicles in fire lanes. The citation shall be furnished to the operator of the vehicle or left in a conspicuous location on the vehicle.
