1101.05 SPECIAL INSPECTION COSTS AND FEES.
   Whenever the enforcement of the provisions of any ordinance of the City or any regulation or order of the Board of Health requires inspectional visits or rendering of services to any persons, other than routine inspection visits and services rendered to all persons, such special inspectional visits or services may be provided under regulations of the Board of Health, and the reasonable cost of such special inspections or services shall be paid by the person or persons who applied for the same, or for whom such special inspections or services may be rendered. Whenever the enforcement of the provisions of any ordinance of the City or any regulation or order of the Board of Health requires inspectional visits to points beyond 100 miles from the City, the reasonable cost of such inspectional visits, including time consumed and expense incurred in traveling, shall be paid by the person for whom or on whose account such visits are made.
