941.22 EMPLOYEES UNIFORM; USE AND MISREPRESENTATION.

   (a)   The Service Director is given authority to prescribe and purchase uniforms for employees of the Service Department.

   (b)   No person not an employee of the Service Department engaged in the removal of waste shall wear a uniform so designed to resemble that issued to an employee of the Service Department engaged in waste collection so as to deceive the public.
