The owner of a tow truck shall keep and maintain accurate and complete transport sheets for each driver who is employed, including the owner if he or she is an operator. The transport sheets shall be filed by date of occurrence and retained for a period of six months. Upon request by the Chief of Police or his or her designee, these records shall be immediately available for inspection.
